Twisted - charcoal and conte drawing of male torso and arms
Friday, September 24, 2004 by Benjamin Bader
While taking my first Life Drawing class at college, I tried to push myself by drawing the human form in unusual body positions. Created to practice rendering the human hands and arms, this charcoal and conte crayon self-portrait drawing of the male torso with fingers curled and arms crossed in front of the chest was a challenge to draw and model for at the same time.
